My friend had sex with unknown person without a condom in May. 20 his infected with Herpes. The doctor sent him for blood test he got negative Hiv and one month later he tested Hiv pcr test and he got non detected and on July 13. And today {November 24} that means 6 months later he done tri dot test and it was nonreactive. So tell me plz what is that meaning hiv negative or positive?

Hiv neg means he does not have hiv antibdies so he does not have infection if tested after 3 months.
