1.Eating after short intervals is very important to Gain weight. 2. Include high energy nutrient rich sources in your diet such as dark chc 3.To Gain weight it's very important to eat after short intervals, 4.Always carry high energy food sources with you such as nuts, dark chocolates, packed cakes etc. 5.Keep yourself motivated through out the day to gain weight, 6Include more of sweet & sweetened beverages & desserts in your diet and have it after every 3 to 4 hours.
