My Total Bilirubin is 2.6, what kind of diet should I follow and can I eat Oats, cashew nuts, Almonds, egg and things like that? What will be helpful in lowering the bilirubin level? Please advise.

Hello, you are under the range of jaundice, hence need to monitor your dietary restriction, strictly. You can take: vagetables-soup of tomatoes. Carrotes, beets, lemon. Juices of graps, lemon, oranges, peese. Sugarcane mixed with lime juice. Rice with bottle gourd, curds. Glucose, with lemon water. Complete rest is essential. Avoid, Caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, junk food. To care.
