I'm 24 and I did over masturbation from before 5 years till now but after done this mistake I realize the problem like weak penis and premature ejaculation and I also have one doubt in my mind that weather this will make problem to be a father or due to over masturbation can their may possibility of finish of sperm in my body which results no pregnancy of my wife?

Hello, doing masturbation will never finish sperm from your body its a normal physiological process, And it is not at all will be causing problem for becoming father. So stop think about that.
