Snacks shd b a healthy snack like salads, fruits, sprouts, etc. your meals shd include more of recipes made of wheat products like wheat dosa, roti, chappati, wheat upma with veggies with any pulse accompaniment. Take less rice but make sure its very well cooked n combined with lot of vegetables. U can hav buttermilk, ginger tea, black tea. Without sugar. Avoid roots n tubers n also sugars like jaggery.
