I want to know whether diabetic patient can eat Beetroot and Carrot. I understand both these veges are good for liver function.

Mr. lybrate-user, A person with diabetes can consume about 100 g of carrot (41 calories) & 100 g of beetroot (43 calories) a day. It is not good to exceed this amount. Both these provide good nutrients and vitamins as well as antioxidants. Thanks.
