Dear Lybrate user,
as per your complaints, you might be suffering from gingivitis.
It's a condition caused by vitamin deficiency and poor oral hygiene.
Eat fresh fruits twice a day (orange, apple, watermelon, papaya, carrot, grapes etc.).
Brush twice a day.
Rinse your mouth with water 4 times a day.
Use erimedadi oil for application in gums.
These things will solve your bad breath problem.

bad breath from mouth or bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Drink plenty of water, visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done, brush twice daily maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Take vit c tab for one week. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs.
Dear lybrate-user you need to first treat the problem and make efforts to prevent it further from comming back again. You most probably need a good scaling and polishing from a dentist and have regular followup with the dentist atleast once in a six months.
Scaling and root planing with proper medication prescribed by the dentist.
