I am having trouble with controlling my emotions, trust issues aslo I used to have anger management issue as a child, I somehow managed to control it but not it's also resurfacing. I get agitated quickly.

Dear lybrate-user, you are best advised to seek psychotherapy sessions from a CBT practitioner (this could be a psychiatrist or a psychologist). It will be the best time and money you invested - in yourself. On an average it can take upto 12 sessions at the frequency of one every fortnight. Different practitioners have different ways of doing this.

Hi lybrate-user, Getting easily agitated and angry is not only troublesome for you, but harmful for relationships. Your underlying cause can be unraveled by a competent counselor/doctor. Do not expect that with time this will disappear on its own. It can only aggravate with time. Either meet a counselor personally or at least seek consultations on phone at the earliest. Best wishes
