Dear Sir/Maam, I am a marketing professional so need to travel in flight, trains, buses, sumos every alternate day. While I travel in buses and sumos especially in hilly areas for long hours I get the feeling of nausea and don't feel good about my body, as such no appetite or feeling ill. It's there any medicine or natural foods through which I could feel better while traveling, please suggest.
