I am suffering from lumbar spondylosis. Having pain in the right thigh and getting cramps till ankle. I am also taking 75 mcg thyronorm daily for thyroid. How to get rid of her pain and cramps. Kindly advise.

I suggest you to do hot water fermentation in the pain region .wear a lumbar belt while you are working it gives more support to your back .keep a pillow under the thighs .if you are having prolong pain do physiotherapy treatment then you can do the exercise and stretching.
