I am 25 year old. My weight is about 82 kg. I feel very bad due to my over weight. I need some tips to reduce my weight as soon. So please advice me some tips to loose weight. I am working in a office on computer from 10 am to 5 pm.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Dinner? whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple.
