My cholesterol level has been high for more than an year. It's is 280-300. I am 42 and my bmi 24.86. I do moderate physical activity and restricts oily food. I have lot of stress at work and personal life too. Any advise on how can I reduce cholesterol without taking medicine?

Your bmi and cholesterol are high but not very high. You have to control them with your food and exercise habits and it is possible. Pl. Reduce spicy and oily food, food containing more fiber, do brisk walk daily for 40-50 minutes and do some breathing exercises and if possible meditation.
