Dear sir/ madam I am a 46 years old guy who had suicidal tendencies and I feel the same at times at present. I think its because of my OCD and other issues mentioned below. Also my present situation is bad financial wise. I am without job for quite some time. I cannot perform on the job. I have very poor memory and concentration. I wish I was born in a European country. I find our country a mess. I don't find anything good in our country. How do I get out of this feeling and accept things as they are.

Good Morning ~ Frustration is a part of depression and frustration tolerance building is important. If you feel the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, then your insight and judgment are impaired. Even if you take for example any European country, those countries are in different kinds of mess. You need to educate yourself about these things and get comfortable with what you have and be grateful for it. I also believe that you should be able to let others know that you are in a good position for which your state of mind should be one of SATISFACTION. If you need counseling I certainly welcome your ideas and will be able to share mine. Look forward to hearing from you.
