I am a chronic kidney patient with Serum Creatinine levels of 4.4. I would like to know which kind of Dialysis is convenient and less painful.

At a creatinine level of 4, dialysis is usually not required. If and when there is an indication for dialysis, the options are hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. Both have their own pros and cons which you should discuss with your nephrologist prior to starting dialysis. Also, renal transplant is another option if there is a suitable donor and you r fit for surgery.
