I have problem of weakness body pains joint pains fells weak all the day and tired my tsh level is 14.32 and today my doctor prescribe thyroxine sodium ip 100 mg for 15 day is my all problem is cause by tsh.

Most likely the problems are due to hypothyroidism. The docs seems to have done ok, though it would have been wise to start at 25 or 50 micrgrams to avoid hypeythyrodism features like feeling tremors, anxious, palpitations and warm, if the dose becomes more for u. Any way follow a doc s advise, when has he advised follow up? during that time get ur TSH tested again.

Dear lybrate-user You should start Th. Medicine, you will feel better after some days. Take onion and cut it into two pcs. Rub it on both sides of neck daily for some days. You will get rid of.
