better not take any medicine for constipation because the medicine my disturb the pregnancy. use natural methods for relief like taking plenty of green leefy vegetables and raw vegetables as salad. take plenty of water like 3 litres every day. have timely meals and avoid outside food/junk food and be active, do not sit for long hours and be mobile. for piles as it is there since 2 yrs continue the same medication/ oint etc., if need further clarification come back again. good luck

Hii. As pregnancy progresses this problem of piles will increase. Start taking some laxative after consulting your gynaecologist and avoid excessive straining during motion. Increase fibre in your diet.
