Hi, I am suffering from hypothyroidism. My height is 5'3 and weight is 66. My legs pain too much when I climb stairs. Please suggest me food which gives energy and not gain too much weight. Secondly,I am not having time for exercise. So,Please suggest me diet plan which is good for energy as I am vegetarian.

You need to exercise daily atleast 45 minutes of brisk walk. Please get your serum 25-hydroxy vitami-D tested with serum calcium phosphate and ALP and get back to me. Vitamin D deficiency contributes to muscle weakness
