Dear user, after any kind of fever, low digestion is a big issue along with weakness. As you have not mentioned kind of gastric problem but less hunger or low digestion are the common symptoms. Use warm water for drinking. Take a piece of ginger with pinch of sendha namak before meal take light diet take pomogranate, manuka only avoid other fruits if you can digest milk properly then take cow milk and add turmeric in it avoid outside food avoid heavy exercise and work if possible take rest for some days after above said fever, joint pain is worsen. Apply dry heat to joints with the help of heating pad. For any query you can consult me in private.
