You will reduce your fat from whole body and will make your presence more attractive & charming. I will suggest you to follow a structured diet plan to loose weight. Reduce your carbohydrate intake & increase protein intake in your diet. Focus on more salads & green vegetables. Start taking 5-6 small & healthy meals. Start doing some exercises.
