Is there any way to increase testosterone in my body by using simple ingredients found in the kitchen and some workouts and exercises? I have quite thin hair do my age. My father who is 54 years old is having equal or more hair on his head than me (21 years old). I have also noticed that I have lost some amount of mustache and beard.
