Dear doctors, I am extremely frustrated because of my father's condition, who is a a surgeon doctor and not in practice for last 5 years, family separated 13 years ago, he used to live alone and I took him to live with me 6 months before, he never do his own things, rather he depends on me for each and every minor things, he rarely go out of home and use to lie on bed whole time, I tried to get him to work, but I got his clear intentions that he is not interested to work at all, he always complain his wrong doers for family conditions and job but when I am working to get him to work, he is not interested. He complains government. I don't know, what to do. Some how I am working in a bpo and getting 20k pm. In which I am looking for him and cutting rare expenses for my 3 younger siblings, I don't know what to do. Please guide.

Hello, being a surgeon your father could yield nothing so far in his life, making him depressed having aversion to any work as Depression carries- litharzicity, slippy attitude, loss of appetite, aversion to meet people-tingling in extremities with lack of concentration& suicidal tendency it so happens in d life. *he should go for meditation to nourish his brain with oxygenated blood to calm his nerve to a strong and confident person inculcating an innovators from within to conquer his goal. * Tk, 5/6 glass of water to hydrate his body and to regulate metabolism ,absorbing nutrients to nourish his entire body & brain to achieve success in life. * his diet be easily digestible, simple on time to avoid gastric disorder to discard negative feelings. ?� he should Tk, apples,carrots ,cheese, spinach,almonds, walnuts ,milk. ? he should meet his friends to share his problem in order to get solution to over come his stress, to inculcate a winner from within. ?give him homoeo medicine: @ Ignatia 200-6 pills, thrice. @ Five phos 6x-4 tbs, thrice.?he should avoid, nicotine, alcohol,junkfood, pizza,burger,� ?� ensure a sound sleep for 6/7 hrs in d night. ?
