Hello, I am currently following a low carb ,low fat, high protein diet for weight loss. But some people said to follow a Kito diet for better results and better fat loss. Does Kito really worthy?

Hello, You are harming your body by pumping in excess proteins, which might not be needed by your body. Follow a diet which gives you 55 to 60 percent carbohydrates, 15 to 20 percent fats and 15 to 20 percent proteins. If you manage to follow the above ratio in the right way you will surely get positive results. Let alone keto diet, any other crash diet will give your health some serious implications which might be irreversible.
