Hi. I am 16 years old male. I have started muscle training and its been a month but I have not gained much. I workout for 3 days in a week. What is the reason? Will I grow better muscles after 18? Muscles start growing after 3 months and people close to you will notice after 6 months, and distant people will notice after one year. Nothing in nature happens at the speeds we expect.
