I am 46 years old and I am having thyroid problem since last month and I am taking medicine since 1st of may then too I have not shed even a single kilo. Instead of that my weight has been increased more 4 kg. My weight is 107kg. Please help me reducing my weight.

You have obesity. Due to thyroid. Pl. Take low fat food. A healthy diet, exercise, proper nutrition, and stress reduction can all minimize the chance of developing thyroid disease.
