You are having a right body weight. No need to decrease or increase it. Jus stay calm n maintain your weight. Eat healthy foods. Take more of vegetables n fruits for liberal vitamins. Take more liquids to aid in digestion. N absorption of nutrients.

Dear lybrate-user You need large portions of proteins. If non veg, take eggs daily, about 2 to 3, not more. If purely veg, eat sprouted pulses, paneer, soya nuggets. Eat fruit before meals to get the vitamin support required. It is important you remain flexible and strong, healthy in long term. Along with gym, take an outdoor sport like hiking, football along with Yogasana to build flexibility. Don't give up. These things take time. Regards.
