According to your weight your protein intake sholud be 42 gms.You can have soya bean for protein . 100 gms of soyabean contains only 16.6 g of protein.But taking only one thing daily can be quite boring , you can add additional food items ... rajma, chick peas, lentils, all daals, milk and its products....

no it is not complete protein soyabean is deficient in some amino acids. take all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts etc.
