Hi I'm 19 years old 2 years back I have joined in hostel at that time I was so fit and healthy. And after joining for some days I have loss my weight, length of hip ,shape and became thin because of unhealthy food. Now i'm completed my studies in hostel so, what the diet must be taken to re-gain my body shape and structure.

Your height and weight seems to be okay now. Why do you want to increase your weight. You can go in for a balanced diet to ensure that you are healthy and fit. - Take daily 15 badams. - 2 fruits - 2 glasses milk - Take regularly curd / cheese / paneer. If you are non veg, you can take daily 2 eggs. Do exercise regularly for 60-90 minutes. When you do all this you will soon become healthy and fit.
