I have kidney stones in both kidneys suggest me some effective medicine nd how can I avoid them to reoccur .3 stone right kidney 3 left 5 to 6 mm nd one 11 mm in left kidney nd one in ureter pls suggest some medicine and I suffer from constipation pls tell aome thing for constipation too.

Small stones upto 7-8 mm can be tried for medical treatment with chances of passing them out but bigger stones need surgical treatment with endoscopic/Laser surgery or with ESWL (Nonsurgical). Since you have one stone in ureter so you will need surgical treatment. Ureteric stones or stones which cause hydronephrosis or swelling are bound to cause damage to kidney so it is better to get rid off them timely.
