I want lose weight. I am 33 year old. Weight is 95 kg. I do not exercise due to working time issues. How do I control my weight.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily.
