I have fats related problems having fats in my chest area giving a breast look which is embarrassing also I have fats in belly areas nd lower abdominal area which medicine should I take to get rid of the excess fat s from those areas having a firm physic nd healthy immune and sexual system please advise me bcoz it's really a shameful situation for me as I can't remove my dress in any outing with my family and friends.

It's a fat deposition because of your weight no need to worry. Take warm water frequently in morning must be taken. Take a fruits and vegetables raw. Take oily and junk food and rice. Do jogging for 1 hr daily. Check health tips in my profile so that you vill follow a proper diet chart. For 15 days not to take a diet rich in carbohydrates proteins and fats take only fruits apple citrus fruit and vegetables raw. Results in 2 months.

Hi I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day .the main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the peocessed food ,less of exercise and drinking less water .u can start high protein diet exm. Egg,paneer etc. And avoid carb food exm. Rice,chappati.
