I am not able to make six pack I am trying it from long days ago doctor please help I really need help.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Six pack is not a sign of fitness and it cannot happen overnight. You need to work on a good exercise routine and a very healthy diet. The type of exercise and the post pre workout meals and basic diet is very crucial. There is no short cut like a certain food or a certain abdominal workout that will help. It's a good combination of the required diet and exercise routine that will help.
