lybrate-user first of all don't wrry. I cn understand your pblm, I give you some ideas- like if your living in p.g. That have oats packet nd daily have a bowl of oats with milk, have fruits, salad,home made ladoos, cook for urself if you cn do that. Have banana shake it well hlp you to gain weight.
