Hello doctor, Sir I'm asking this question for my younger brother. He is 10 year old. He is interested eating junk and fast food. Can this habit affect his health. How can I divert this type of non nutritional diet. please suggest me any idea. I hope for your valuable response.

well it's obivious that children of this age is quit fussy.but when we talk about healthy food,it is possible to keep in mind his likes nd dislike and also his health.if he likes junk food no pblm, what u do is prepare various dishes at home,but remember presentation should b as good as in a hotels/street food.then comes nutrition,add as may veggies u cn add,give him fruit custard,veg munchurian,veg. noodles,veg roll bt in place of using maida roti us wheat chappti.give him stuffed paratha .if he likes spicy food then add little spices.u can serve him junk food with coriander chutney a slice of lemon.so,basically there are many ideas to make food healthy nd appetizer.hope u get my point.all the best
