So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Hello Lybrate user, To gain weight you will have to increase your dietary intake. Increase your proteins, carbs and fat. Have eggs, chicken, bread, pasta, milk, paneer, smoothies, chikoo shakes. Boil 5 dates daily in milk and eat them. Drink carrot juice. Eat pomegranate, banana, coconut, almonds, anjeer. Have ghee on roti and in daal .Add honey to milk. Instead of 3 meals have 5-6 small meals, Eat frequently. Sometimes you may have to force yourself to eat. Eat nuts and healthy snacks when hungry. Drink at least 3 ltrs. Water and sleep for at least 8 hrs. Do some exercise also.
