Hello, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Take proper sleep. Take small and frequent meals.
