I am 24 years female unmarried .height-5.4,weight-60. I do the whole household work for nine members in the family and I am working for weight loss I feel so tired and and lifeless with full body pains. Is it ok to be too tired. All my muscles give me bad pain. Where I don't get interest to do anything. I feel so scared and I want to loose weight and want a lean body. Can you help me with what kind of exercise I should be doing along with household work? Thank you.

Hello, I'd you are working out in the gym or any intense workout it is body ache can be quite normal in the initial period. The tiredness could only be possible if you are into crash dieting or taking insufficient food. Please Reevaluate your food and do not starve,also do not get over bored with the exercise. Build your stamina and capacity first.
