First of all pls don't take supplements as it only have side-effects. If you want to gain weight try out some natural tips like-be physically active, have proper diet, also have ghee and banana shake daily it will hlp you in gainning weight and if you r non vegetarian then have 2 eggs daily. Or weekly have chicken nd fish. These are some natural ways to gain weight pls try these instead of taking supplements. I assure you these tips will give you desriable weight you want.
