Soon I planning to get married. But I feel uncomfort with phimosis. During normal times my penis retract full stretch and there is no problem. But on erection times I feel difficulties in retraction of foreskin of my penis it gives me unnecessary pain and discomfort in pleasure. Please provide me proper a solutions. And also I'm not interested in exercises need medical advice and consultation for foreskin removal surgery for life long happy and pleasant sexual life waiting for earlier response.

I will suggest you to apply lidocaine ointment and try to pull it down when penis is erect and if necessary get a circumcision done.
