Could you please, doctor, guide me what sprouts would be best for me. I am now 76 years old in perfect health. I have yet to taste tea coffee cigarette and medicine in my life. I have a work out session of badminton for minimum 1.1/2 hours daily in the morning. Presently eating only fruits, dry fruits, a little bit of salad and a bottle of beer every day. Warm regards in advance for your worthy guidance.

Congratulations on maintaining such good health. You are a role model for everyone. Sprouts are best of Moong Dal. You can also mix in them a few kala chana, moongfali. You can eat it raw or sometimes mix the sprouts in cucumber chopped salad./ Poha. Or you can also mix it in any veg/dal after its cooked. All the best and keep your health intact.
