Dear lybtateuser, - Your problem could be due to stress & anxiety - do regular exercise like walking for 30-40 min, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily in the morning - have a well balanced diet including more of fruits & vegetables, proteins like milk & milk products, beans, sprouts, non-veg like seafood, chicken, a handful of nuts, whole grains - get investigations, blood CBC, sugar, thyroid hormone levels, vit D & B12 levels done & consult a doctor.
