Eat fresh home food dry fruits seasonal fruits will be benificial 1/2 strength exercise will be benificial for muscle build up avoid overeating ir frequently eatings habits which makes your hunger poorer day by day drink milk once or twice in a day avoid stress tension worry anger which may be main cause for not gaining weight.
