I have a problem of PCOD, having irregular menses from the very first day of menstrual cycle, I am overweight (80 kg) my face complexion get darker, m doing efforts to loose my weight but there is no result. My appetite is more and have craving to eat more food when I see am not getting any result I eat more. Help me.
