Hello there, Is Brown Indian Bread or Wheat Indian Bread which is easily available in any Grocessory stores in India is good for Constipation? I am suffering from constipation and I want to include these so called Brown or Wheat Indian bread to my breakfast. So is it okay to include them? Thanking You in Advance,

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads, vegetable juices and soups, and fruits more Avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Even brown bread should be avoided.

Hi, Brown bread or wheat bread or multigrain bread has lot of fiber content than the normal bread. Hence it is good for people suffering from constipation. Added to it, take lot of raw vegetables and fruits like orange , big banana, papaya, musambi, grapes, etc.
