Diet- rice,wheat,moong (green gram), Til ( sesame), Cows ghee, louki(white gourd), anar(pomegranate), garlic,milk .
Lifestyle- do gentle massage with medicated oil,fomentation,rest .
Avoid- Diet -barley,chana,mutter,karela,supari,jamun,dried or frozen meat,stale food,pungent food,chilled water should be avoided.
Lifestyle- stress,keeping late nights,curbing of natural urges, excessive sexual activity,exposure to dry n cold air should be avoided.
Care - Appropriate rest necessary, avoid prolonged rest, always maintain a good posture, weight to be kept under control, avoid lifting heavy objects,repeated bending & twisting Indulge in moderate exercise or yogasanas under supervision, Avoid any jerks during exercise,or any physical activity, Avoid exercise if The pain increases with it, Normal activities to be increased gradually, Avoid extremely soft beds, Use appropriate pillow as well as bed to Balance The posture during sleep.
