I have gynecomastia. I have one sided man boob on my right side and it can be easily noticed. I have been suffering from this for two years. I have shown it to doctor and he has suggested me surgery. I do not want to have surgery. Please suggest me any medicine if available or any other remedy. Please help me it is very embarrassing I want to get rid of it as early as possible.

You may wait for some more time- 2-3 years; Nowadays, gynaecomastia surgery is being done by laser liposuction safely without any side effects. It is a walk in surgery. No general anaesthesia and no hospitalisation required. Leaves no visible scar in the chest. We need to know your condition status. Don't try medicines. Inefefective. Diet and exercise in early stage may be little effective.
