I have been experiencing some issues with anal excretion. 2 weeks ago I had a very firm stool coming out which I think lead to anal wall tearing. Since den minor bleeding is common and a sharp pain is persistent since then please tell me what can I do and what medications shall I opt for in an emergency case scenario.
