I am suffering from mental depression .and fear to face any situation please give some solutions. I feel some times very low is it mental disorders?

It's not mental disorder. It's your lack of confidence and negative thoughts which is doing such things fr u.try to be positive alwyz because there is every solution fr every problem. Soo try to find out the reason. A negative mind never wins a battle. Remember if you don't fall you can't climb up. U need to to know you will fall bt you have to rise. Depression makes one half dead. Sooo throw away negativity start living in a positive way. Walk regularly in the morning. Listen to the song you like. Do whatever you like to do. Call a old friend. Have some day out. Meditation is the best method. If you can do it properly. Soo do this from today. Nobody is there to stop you if you have the courage to fight back against your bad times. Think positive.
