1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2.Milk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, milk, cheese, egg yolk, cereals, orange juice are good source of vitamin D 3. If you have deficiency of Vitamin D you have to take Vitamin D tablet 60000IU per week for 8 week after consulting physician.
