As per your height and weight your BMI comes to 41.3 which comes in Obese Class 3. The major problem as I see it is the diet habits which have led you to this weight. You need to immediately change these habits to see weight loss. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size.
