I'm 22 yrs old male I need to gain weight since i'm 20 kgs less according to my bmi and also with pimples in my face. Need to increase and improve by body naturally and change my face pimple less. Need diet tips. Is it ok to go gym for improvement? due to this im losing some works which I was intended to do but the work is not being allocated for me by my superior. Awaiting for your response.

To increase your weight naturally, you need to balance your diet and lifestyle which includes activity too. Yes gym is a good idea but along with that you have to eat well -more proteins from pulses, milk and milk products, eggs if possible, nuts, soya paneer or tofu ect. Your timings of eating should be regulated and also sleeping hours. Too long gaps in between two meals should not be long. Try to have 5-6 smaller portioned meals rather than having 2-3 large meals.
